In 1979, Dave Hubbard moved from the active world of professional football into a sedentary job. After his near-fatal accident, he found himself in a place he had never been before, overweight and out of shape.
One day he was shocked to read that the average life span of an ex-NFL athlete was only 53 years of age. He immediately committed to getting serious about his health.
Dave developed a method of exercise that allowed him to quickly build strength without overly stressing his back and joints or producing the typical soreness that results from strength training.
He then began to explore why so many people were failing to reach their fitness goals, including those who were exercising several hours a week.
Dave went on to patent his 10-minute fitness program called Fit10, which virtually eliminates everyone’s excuses not to get and stay fit for life.
He has given lectures and presentations on health and fitness nationally since 1989.
