Dave Hubbard – Brief Bio
Dave played for the New Orleans Saints in the 1970s. After stepping out of the NFL he had a near fatal accident that ultimately led to his developing the fit10™ exercise program.
He was motivated to get fit again after he read an article titled, “The average lifespan of an ex NFL athlete is only 53 years of age.” He beat those odds. Today, in his mid 60s, Dave is fit, healthy and going strong.
In 1989, Dave began doing health and fitness presentations for corporate America. He traveled extensively, educating and motivating busy business professionals to take better care of their most valuable asset – their body.
Dave has been featured many times on radio and television. In 2006, he received a U.S. Patent for his unique method of exercise. He has been shaping and teaching his fit10 exercises and workouts for over 30 years.
Believing that “retirement” can lead to both physical and mental decline, Dave remains highly active. Besides his work as a health and fitness educator, he is the athletic administrator, teacher, and campus pastor at an Atlanta area private school.
Dave and his wife Melinda live in Marietta, Georgia and have two adult children, and three grandchildren.
